Shao Ning is directly responsible for the overall performance of the company. Her work scope includes finance & accounting and overall management of day to day operations.
Her achievements include creating a holistic multi-channel career platform for employers to recruit and brand with students and professionals. These channels run from print to online to events.
She has led JobsFactory from a 2 person, zero revenue startup to the current fast growing and profitable company. |
Previously, she was a Business Control analyst at IBM Singapore. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Business School.

Der Shing is in charge of Business Development at JobsFactory. His work scope includes strategic planning for JobsFactory, product development and events management.
He initiated the idea for the first online career fair and has been instrumental in persuading all the other education institutes in Singapore to partner with JobsFactory over the past years. He is also JobsFactory's resident career trainer for our various career workshops.

Previously, he was an overseas scholar with Sembcorp Industries Ltd working as an engineer. He graduated with a Summa cum Laude from the University of Michigan in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Michelle is in charge of all branding, creative and editorial matters. Her work scope includes managing our creative and editorial teams to ensure that all projects are completed well. She has been instrumental in starting the BrightMinds magazine in 2004 and has helped immensely in the marketing and branding of JobsFactory.
Prior to joining JobsFactory, Michelle was an e-Business Strategist and Marketing Manager for 6 years with IBM in San Jose, California. Michelle also has experiences in Singapore as an officer in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and as a consultant with Davis Langdon and Seah.

She has a MBA from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, Bloomington, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours), Building degree from the National University of Singapore.

Eric Koh, (erickoh@jobsfactory.com)
Eric is in charge of all technical and IT matters within JobsFactory. He is the architect behind all our software development projects and has been tirelessly improving on it over the past 5 years. He leads our IT team to deliver timely and effective career software solutions.
Projects completed under his supervision include over 30 online career fairs, 6 full service job portals and 5 online careers systems for HR clients.

In his previous job, he was a scholar with PSA and was handling enterprise level projects. His skills set range from open source platforms to Microsoft based systems. He has both a Msc and Bsc (Honours) in Computing from the National University of Singapore.

Christina is in charge of the sales and marketing at JobsFactory. Her work scope includes managing the sales team, corporate account management of key clients and marketing our various products and services.
She has been a strong driver of sales for the company and has built strong relationships with our clients, allowing us to expand on our services provided to them.

In her previous job, she was an Analyst with TD Securities in New York. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, Bloomington.
